UAE Property Investor Residence Visa

Purchasing real estate in Dubai allows the buyer to apply for a residence permit. According to the UAE investor visa program, applicants must invest at least AED1,000,000 in residential properties of a designated and approved area by the Government. Holders of residence visas through real estate purchase may also sponsor their dependents. 

Note: This program is not a route to citizenship of the United Arab Emirates. The residence permit is 3 to 5 years long (depending on the property value).

Eligibility Requirements

The main applicant must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Purchase property worth at least AED1,000,000.
  • Have valid travel documents

UAE Business Investor Residence Visa

The Dubai Investor Visa, aka Partner Visa, is applicable to foreign nationals who want to start their own business or invest in an existing business in Dubai. This visa type is ideal for entrepreneurs wishing to relocate to UAE with their family. You can obtain a 3-year investor visa, if you are a shareholder or a partner or a sole owner of a mainland company in Dubai and some specific free zones. For starting your business, you will need specific documents, such as Establishment Card and Memorandum Papers. But you shouldn’t worry, because we are here to help you with preparing all the needed documents and taking all the steps of the procedure.

Eligibility Requirements

One has to meet the below conditions to be eligible for this visa:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be a sole owner of a sole establishment; OR
  • Own shares with minimum AED 72,000 value.
